5. Live Chat (Tawk.to)
Our website loads the Tawk.to live chat widget so you can message us in real time. Tawk.to may process information such as your name, email address, chat messages, IP address, device information, and browser details according to its own privacy policy at tawk.to/privacy-policy.
6. Contact Forms and Communications
Our website contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, which helps route form submissions to us securely. When you submit the form, the information you enter is processed by Web3Forms so it can be delivered to Alpha Locks and Safe. We may also keep copies of submitted inquiries in our email and business communication systems.

Subcontractor technician mobile numbers. Technician mobile numbers are collected during onboarding through a verbal SMS consent script read by the business owner; we record the technician's name, mobile, and consent date in our CRM. We use these numbers solely to send SMS related to job assignments and operational follow-ups. Subject to the no-marketing-sharing restriction above, technician numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and we do not use it for any malicious purpose. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Technicians and staff: To perform the locksmith services you requested
- Service providers: Such as Web3Forms, Tawk.to, Google Analytics, Matomo, and Microsoft Clarity, but only for the functions described in this policy
- Payment processors: If a service payment is processed electronically
