Welcome to Alpha Locks and Safe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website alphalockandsafe.com and our locksmith services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Services
Alpha Locks and Safe is a licensed locksmith company (NY License #2108832-DCA) operating in Westchester County, New York, and surrounding areas, with locksmith experience since 2005. We provide residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services including but not limited to:
- Emergency lockout assistance
- Lock installation, repair, and replacement
- Key duplication and cutting
- Key fob programming and transponder key services
- High-security lock upgrades
- Master key systems
- Electronic access control systems
- Safe services
2. Service Agreement
When you request our services, you agree to the following:
- You are the property owner, authorized agent, or have legal authority to request locksmith services for the property or vehicle in question
- You will provide accurate information about your service needs and location
- You understand that pricing may vary based on the complexity of the job, time of service, and parts required
- You authorize our technicians to perform the agreed-upon work
3. Pricing & Payment
- We provide upfront pricing estimates before starting any work
- Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may differ from initial phone estimates based on on-site assessment
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday emergency services
- Service call fees may apply and will be communicated before dispatch
4. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Alpha Locks and Safe, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us related to your locksmith service request. This may include service confirmations and dispatch updates, technician ETA and arrival notifications, follow-up communications about your job, and receipts, quotes, or other service-related information.
Message frequency varies based on service activity, typically 1-4 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's terms.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Once you opt out, you will not receive further SMS communications. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1 (914) 875-1894 or oren@alphalockandsafe.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Alpha Locks and Safe.
Subcontractor technician opt-in. Alpha Locks and Safe also sends SMS to independent subcontractor technicians who are personally onboarded by the business owner (Oren Siyonov) in person or by phone. During onboarding, the owner reads a verbal SMS consent script disclosing: message purpose (new job assignments including customer address, work description, contact number, and quoted price, plus ETA reminders and payment confirmations); frequency (approximately 1-15 messages per week); that Msg & data rates may apply; STOP to opt out and HELP for help; the links to this Section 4 and Privacy Policy Section 8; and our policy that mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The technician's verbal consent, name, mobile number, and consent date are recorded in our CRM before any number is stored. Technicians may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting the owner.
5. Warranty
Alpha Locks and Safe provides a five-year warranty on all our services and products, subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer
- To make a warranty claim, contact us with your original service receipt or reference number
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a service request at any time before a technician is dispatched at no charge
- If a technician has already been dispatched, a service call fee may apply
- Once work has begun, you are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the point of cancellation
7. Proof of Ownership / Authorization
For the safety and security of all parties, our technicians may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services. This may include:
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Vehicle registration or title (for automotive services)
- Proof of residency or property ownership
- Written authorization from the property owner or management company
We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof of ownership or authorization cannot be provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Alpha Locks and Safe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, frames, or vehicles discovered during service
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or supply chain issues
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
- Not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms or contacting us
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Alpha Locks and Safe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.
